These Terms of Use govern your use of the İlaç Defterim mobile application. All users of the application are deemed to have accepted the terms below.

The application does not provide professional medical services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information in the application is not a substitute for:

• Diagnosis
• Treatment

• Medical direction

Users must make health decisions under the supervision of a doctor, pharmacist or qualified health professional. The developer is not responsible for incorrect use of medication, incomplete data entry, incorrectly configured reminders, or user error.

3. User Responsibility

The user accepts that:

• The information they enter into the application is their own
• They share that information of their own accord
• They are responsible for the accuracy of the data
• They will not base medication decisions on the application alone
• They will seek professional support in critical health situations

4. Notifications

Medication reminder notifications may be delayed for technical reasons, or may not arrive at all. Users must not rely solely on the application's notifications when taking medication or making health decisions.

5. Location and Pharmacy Information

The application can show nearby pharmacies based on the user's location. Pharmacy details, opening hours and location accuracy may not always be up to date. Users are advised to verify the information before travelling to a pharmacy.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for the security of their own account credentials. The developer is not liable for damages arising from unauthorised use of an account.

7. Continuity of Service

The developer reserves the right to:

• Suspend the service temporarily or permanently
• Add or remove features
• Update the system
• Carry out maintenance

8. Third-Party Services

The application may rely on third-party services to provide certain features. The relevant service providers are responsible for any outage, error or data-processing activity occurring within those services.
