Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your İlaç Defterim account and all data linked to it from here. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted?

• Your account and profile details (name, email, phone)
• Your prescriptions, medicines, reminder schedules and "taken" records
• Your blood-pressure readings and other health records
• Your doctor and appointment details
• Your team memberships and consent records
• Your notification tokens (push tokens)

Records that must be retained under statutory obligations (for example audit and transaction logs required by legislation) may be kept for the prescribed period in a form that no longer identifies you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Delete by email

Enter your account email and we will send you a 6-digit verification code. Once you confirm the code, your account and data are permanently deleted.

Delete from within the app

If you are using the app: go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
